Thoroughly prepare Candidates for interviews by having an in-depth knowledge of Client Company, Position, initiatives and business strategy of the Organization.
Managed Candidate process - including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, and ongoing relationship maintenance of existing consultant.
Expertise working with Candidates on W2, 1099 & C2C tax terms.
Experience of Job Portals (like DICE, Tec fetch, Monster, Carrier Builder, etc.) for Job Posting and searching the best resume.
Sourcing & approaching candidates from Internal Database & Job Portals.
Building network of candidates through research & references.
Screening & shortlisting candidates through telephonic interviews.
Follow up with the selected candidates till their actual joining.
Handling negotiation of salary & notice period with candidates.
Good knowledge about US Geography.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
