Job Description: Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (between 60 and 80 calls / emails per day) Close new business consistently at or above quota level Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity Responsibilities and Duties Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset Superior communications skills, excellent verbal capacity, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation Aggressive and self-propelled Vitality, energy, silliness, empathy and excitement Capacity to multi-assignment, organize, and oversee time viably in a quick pace condition Capacity to work in a high-vitality deals group condition; cooperative person. Appreciates undertaking based and objective based work Qualifications and Skills A self-starter with a track record of time management, proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
