We are looking for Business Development Executive - IT Sales (US & Canada Market) for our reputed client.
Qualification Required : UG : BCA, BSC, BE, B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) OR PG: MCA, MCS (Computer Science/IT), MBA in Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months to 2 years
1. Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch services to them.
2. Maintain all customer interactions through the CRM System.
3. Responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets.
4. You are responsible for all of the below steps :
Appointment Generation with Decision Makers(CEO's/CTOs),
Qualified Lead Generation, Generate and Maintain a Healthy Sales Pipeline.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
1. Candidates MUST have relevant experience of IT Sales and Lead Generation experience for US and Canada Market.
2. Must have Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and written). Accent neutralization for international market would be a plus.
3. Must have excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
4. Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented, Multi-tasker and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
5. Excellent lead qualification and lead generation skills to discover opportunities for Sales follow-up.
6. Must not be technology/statistics shy as the role requires a lot of understanding of high-end technology and statistical techniques (you are not expected to code but have clarity on what the rest of the team is working on).
7. Prior Experience Working in Software Industry would be preferred.
